Lessons

  1. In this lesson, we are going to explore how you identify your strengths - what you are good at, what you have some proficiency in or skill doing. We also will discuss how you can create strengths, or build up areas where you have skill and enjoyment so you can become more proficient, or an expert.
  2. In this lesson, we will discuss short-term and long-term goal setting. The willingness to work towards attainment of goal is a significant source of motivation. Achievement of a goal - regardless of how big or small - is an effective way to getting your mojo back. We will review how clear, particular and difficult goals are generally greater motivating factors than easy, general and vague goals. But how simple goals can be amplified to help build your energy, and successfully reach more challenging goals. We also will explore creative thinking and brainstorming as ways to improve your motivation and productivity in your life.
