You Are What You Eat: Improving Diet To Restore Energy
Classroom and Online Date: February 11, 2019
We all know that our energy will go up and down in small amounts throughout a day. It is normal to experience some ups and downs, because we use energy in physical activity. We also experience stress or start some days with less sleep the night before than other days.
However, a significant factor to losing mojo, or our high productive energy, is connected to diet. What we eat, how much we eat, and how often we eat play a significant role in how we feel.
In this course, we will review the science behind food and energy. We will review foods and eating habits that drain our energy. Then we will review foods and habits that help restore energy, and can help us regain our mojo.
NOTE: This course is part of the class entitled, "Monday Motivation: How To Get Your Mojo Back." You can purchase this course separately if you are not interested in the class.
