Description

With the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill that legalized hemp, control of the U.S. House of Representatives shifting to the Democratic Party, and continued growth in legal cannabis, there is a tremendous amount of momentum for and interest in the cannabis and hemp industries.

Business owners and entrepreneurs are wondering if they should focus more efforts in hemp now that it is legal nationwide. Meanwhile, federal lawmakers are working to decriminalize cannabis, while state legislators are considering expanding legal cannabis and CBD use, and some local advocates are working to limit the presence of dispensaries and pop-up events in their communities.

What does this all mean?
